“anjo/algoz rouge” emerges from the haziness of thoughts and attempts to express something that perhaps doesn't exist. In the publication, monotypes give life to inexpressible words and conflicting feelings, such as the constant search for the meaning of life or the stains of our own past. Typed poetry completes the images as if it were exactly what the image itself would like to express. An unknown world that, through its shadows and textures, creates its own narrative and language, in a relentless search for the next word. A murky environment where everything is nothing and never enough, where the known becomes strange and the incomplete seems eternal.
